The award winning cuisine produced from the kitchen at Riber is well known for its use of local & seasonal produce. Using White Peak Butchery from Tissington, where all cattle graze within the fenced grounds of the village. Our Head Chef, Claire Harrington, changes the menus monthly to use produce at its optimum.
The Garden Room Restaurant, the most recent addition to the Hall, was so successfully designed and built it attracted awards for both the builder and architect. Also, it is not at all apparent that it is a new addition. It is a most elegant high room, greatly enhanced with period furniture, including some handsome set pieces and wild Chinese silk curtains.
